Hands down the best oil change shop in town! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any high-pressure sales tactics. Honest service at a fair price is hard to find highly recommend them to anyone..

Was overdue for an oil change and the place I usually use couldn't get me in for 3 days. Had heard about Conrad's so gave them a call. They got me right in and were cheaper. I had been putting off getting a new muffler on the same vehicle. They gave me a quote substantially cheaper than the one quote I had gotten. They completed the work thoroughly and quickly. Josh the manager was great to deal with and seemed very honest. Will use them going forward as having a trustworthy auto shop isn't easy to come by in my experience.

I received excellent service at this location! I was in the area and was overdue on a tire change and decided to stop in to see if they were able to accommodate a walk in, and they did so without any hesitation. They got me in immediately, changed all 4 tires and provided excellent service all the while letting me know of all the ways I could and should take advantage of their offered tire protection in the future. As a woman, it’s unfortunately rare that I have positive things to say about my experience with any auto shop, but I’m so happy I decided to stop in here on a whim and found my new full time tire care shop! I very highly recommend Conrad’s for any tire service needs.

I had an outstanding experience with Henry at Conrad's. I called the day before to let them know I had a tire with a nail in it and explained that I was on a tight schedule because I needed to get back to work as quickly as possible. From the very beginning, Henry was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help. He went above and beyond by offering to drive me home while my tire was being repaired and then pick me back up when it was finished. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. The repair was handled professionally, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. It's clear that Henry and the team truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Conrad's to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and exceptional customer service. Not many shops would go out of their way to provide the kind of experience I received. Thank you, Henry, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy!

I was having issues with my brakes but wasn't sure exactly what the issue was. I went to Conrad's and Henry was there to assist me. We talked through the different components that the could be causing the issue. The mechanic put the vehicle up and diagnosed everything, then Henry discussed the issues found and showed me on my car as well what the issues were. Henry explained everything in such an easy to understand way. Once Henry explained the issues, we talked through the pricing and the benefits of what needed to get done, what can wait to get done and how long. I never felt like he was trying to just make a sale, I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my vehicle. Henry was also able to work with me with a reasonable price. It's never fun to get work done on your car, but Henry made the experience very easy and I felt very cared for and that I can trust that everything gets done well. They did a great job finding the issues and fixing all of them. I am happy to call this my new car service home.
